Book-house Apartment
This is a 110 square meter 3-bedroom apartment with pleasant view to the Saigon river. The owner is a part-time writer and has a library of more than 2000 books in different categories.
Our design concept was a series of “book-house” which is consisted of multi-functional bookcases along the main corridor of the apartment. The “book-walls” also cleverly accommodate some storage spaces as well as bedroom and bathroom doors and partitions. The living, dining and kitchen areas are adjoined together in an open-plan space while the the neat and tidy bedrooms also have some special spaces for books.
The Book-house Apartment has been published on popular design magazines and websites including Interior Design Magazine, VnExpress and Kienviet.net.
