Tilts Villa

A seaside holiday home was designed based on the idea of “stilt house” with all main spaces are risen up to level two by concrete columns and almost the whole of the ground level is used for swimming pool and landscaping.

The design solution let the living-dining-kitchen area as well as there bedrooms have desirably beautiful views to the beach. The open plan layout of the ground floor also enhances natural ventilation and daylighting. The interior space is contemporary and generous whilst also warm and cozy with the extensive use of brick and timber.
