Vinh Phuc Ta, the Director of ROOM+ Design & Build completed the concept design for the Brisbane Information Center located on Queen Street Mall, the main pedestrian street in the heart of Brisbane CBD, Queenslland, Australia.
The building would be used as an experimental place where locals and international travelers visit and get all kinds of information about Brisbane as well as other places in Queensland and Australia. The transparent steel and glass structure encloses the interesting display space inside with various display banners, touchscreens and interactive devices. The generous alluminium-clad roof floats above the glazing facades to create a sense of shelter and welcomes all visitors to come inside.
