We designed three retreat houses located in Sandy National Park, Queensland, Australia in 2010. The design proposed the use of light-weight and environmental-friendly structure and materials such as recyclable timber and steel.
Multi-functional spaces were logically and flexibly positioned to fuse the boundary between working, living and resting places. With a design like this, the house could be used either as a convenient family home or simply a weekend retreat in the middle of the beautiful natural landscape.
