Mr. Pham Tuong Hoi has over 35 years of practical experience in structural design, construction supervision and project management of industrial and residential buildings. He has obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from the Ho Chi Minh City Unviersity of Technology in 1982, Master of Structural Engineering in 1996. He has also been awarded the Doctor of Phyloshophy in civil and structural engineering in 2003.

Mr. Hoi’s professional knowledge and decent experience in professional practice ensures the reliability, functionality and aesthetic aspects of the structural system of all buildings designed and constructed by ROOM+ Design & Build.
