The location:

ROOM+ Life has developed and managed a unique rental space located at a big and quiet alley in District 1 and close to local interests such as Phuoc Hai pagoda, Nhieu Loc cannal, Botanical Garden, Independence Palace, Notre-dame Cathedral, Tan Dinh church, Tan Dinh market.

The space:

The 18 square meter multi-purpose space can be used as a showroom, mini-shop or a cozy meeting space thanks to its space-saving and flexible design. There is also a convenient pantry and toilet to be used by the occupants.

Two facades were made from translucent glass-blocks with intergrated glass doors and windows. Especially, three display wndows in different sizes made from two layers of tempered glass were positioned on the front façade to attract the passers-by. Apart from glass, contemporary and handmade materials such as terrazzo floor as well as wooden and bamboo furniture were used throughout the interior to make a minimalist background for the display products.
